Initial Consultation (Free)
Your journey with us begins with an initial online consultation to help us understand your business and growth ambitions. We will assess areas where AI agents can drive real value for you and share a proposal with price and timeline estimates shortly after the call.
Strategic Implementation Roadmap (SIR)
This is a three-stage process that outlines the vision of your AI-enhanced business, and the steps that are required to achieve this.
Use Cases: our AI consultants understand your business processes and conduct thorough market research. These insights are used to identify and prioritise tailored agent use cases.
Business Case: we set business objectives for your selected agent along with KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the solution. We also examine the solution’s projected costs, ROI and time-savings.
Delivery Plan: our AI architects set the timelines and milestones to implement your agent. This includes recommendations on data requirements, infrastructure and security.
Build, Test & Integrate
Following the SIR, if you decide to build with us, we will manage all stages of the delivery plan using the AI vendor of your choice. We have experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta to deliver end-to-end solutions (our solutions always comply with UK and EU regulation). We also provide change management to ensure the agent is seamlessly integrated into your business and your staff are confident using the agent.
Monitoring & Hypercare
After deployment, we can monitor how the agent is working for you. We will take both qualitative feedback and quantitative measurements to assess how well the agent is meeting your objectives. If necessary, we will make additional refinements to optimise your agent. Finally, the process is concluded with a sign off consultation where we can also discuss future steps for a multi-agent system if desired.
